Denon amplifier issue: switching to Bluetooth

Hello

I own a Denon AVR X-4400H amplifier

Recently, for no valid reason, every time I turn it on, after about 5 seconds, the amplifier switches automatically to Bluetooth. I don’t have a HEOS account, I don’t have any paired Bluetooth devices, nothing at all. It’s not a huge deal, but it’s annoying

I called customer service, and they just told me to do a reset, but then I’ll have to reconfigure EVERYTHING, and that’s a bit of a hassle

I want to clarify that the amplifier is updated

Thanks for your help

Thomas

Hello,

Are you sure no Bluetooth devices are connected?

Excerpt from the manual on page 101:

The screen automatically switches to the “Bluetooth” playback screen if a Bluetooth device is connected and the device is turned on.

Your PC, for example?

Oh yes, nothing at all, by the way, he looks and finds nothing

But it's been like this for two weeks, there were no problems before

Then I change the source and it's all good

I have the same issue since the same period.

I start it up and then it switches to Bluetooth; it doesn't find anything; and I have to reselect the correct source.

"he searches and finds nothing".

When you turn it on, does "Pairing" show up on the screen?
