TV issue, "no signal" message displays
Hello, I have a problem with my TV
I just moved into an apartment and brought my parents' TV along with the decoder (there’s a TNT sat card which I think is the subscription)
I plugged my decoder into a socket and connected it to the round TV socket on the wall, and I also connected it to the TV... a message appears at the beginning "Transponder", the TV searches for channels and then another message "No Signal" appears...
I don’t understand and I need help!
Thank you ????
Configuration: iPhone / Safari 13.0.3

Hello
A TNTsat card! The decoder is designed to be connected to a satellite dish..
What are the references (Brand and model) of this decoder and the television
The decoder is probably not necessary if there is an antenna socket.
Just connect the television to this socket and scan for channels on the television.
Hoping that the television is not too old and capable of receiving the TNT signals which are broadcast in MPEG4.
Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it isn't there...

My decoder is from the brand SafeSat, HD ONE +
I think the TV is too old to be directly connected.
