Hello,
I have a camera that I use with the v380 pro app. It works very well on wifi from my home, but when I'm away, I can't connect when I'm on 4G. I'm using the Free Revolution box. Free tells me that it's a port problem (I don't know the camera's port). I've had this issue for some time now, although it worked before. Thank you for your help, I don't know what to do.
Configuration: Android / Chrome 79.0.3945.116

Hi,
only the app knows which port it uses; there must be some information from the camera and app provider... a bit of support would be nice.
In principle, these apps connect to a server from the provider to interface with the camera through the provider.
Otherwise, you can try forwarding port 80 in the Freebox OS settings to the local address of the camera.
