Good evening, I will briefly explain my problem. Yesterday, after reformatting my PC, my Logitech headset was not working; no background noise, nothing. I am looking for the update to access the headset application (battery level, etc.). So, I downloaded several updates from Logitech without success; still nothing. At that moment, I went to "toutmesdrivers.com," which offered me an update. I downloaded it, and then the drama unfolded: a background noise started coming through my ears and into my microphone when I spoke. I tried several things with no success. I tried to locate the Logitech update that I installed without success. I decided once again to reformat it from scratch without deleting Windows, and this didn't solve the issue. I am reaching out to you for help, please, to remove this driver that is ruining my life. I tried to uninstall the update. Cannot find it. Also, I have this background noise everywhere, and it's unbearable for my ears; I quickly develop a migraine. Thank you for your future assistance.
I would like to add that the noise occurs when I lower the microphone, when I activate it. If I set my audio to Logitech and my microphone to the PC, there is no noise. I would like to be able to use the headset microphone. Thank you.
