Unable to play the test tone on Windows 10

Hello, I upgraded to Windows 10 and everything was working well, but then I did a minor update and since then I have no sound. I tried uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling those from Asus, but still nothing. Windows tells me when I run the speaker test: Unable to play the test tone.
If anyone has had this problem, I need help.

Me too, I had no sound either, but I finally went to playback devices, speaker properties, advanced statistics and unchecked the box to give priority to applications in exclusive mode and it came back, finally!
