Hello,

On the TV that was working normally, "card error" suddenly displayed.
What should I do?

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 72.0

Is this card up to date?
If so;
Not easy, but try this:

Turn on the decoder, remove the card, turn off and unplug the decoder,
- lightly rub the card chip on a piece of clothing,
- turn the decoder back on, let it start up completely,
- reinsert the card, perform a factory reset while it's off,
- then unplug for 1 to 2 minutes, then plug it back in and reinstall the decoder

Thank you for the information, but we were unable to complete the procedure. The factory reset and reinstallation of the decoder is a bit complicated for us. However, one piece of information: by visiting the Fransat website, we found the following information. PC5 cards (which is our case) are becoming obsolete. We need to switch to the PC6 card that we have therefore ordered from the website.
