TNT card error

Hello, I have three decoder cards purchased from Boulanger at 140 euros each, and the cards are still valid until June 2019, but two of them no longer work to receive TNT channels. The response is: Card error. I have called several different places, all of which charge, 6, 15, 18 cents per minute plus the call fee, without getting any answers.
At Boulanger, to get a card, you have to buy a new device; I find that to be theft, to buy an expensive device to watch TV with cards that the seller either doesn't sell or doesn't reconnect when they are still valid. And when you call, you keep getting the response "please call back later, all are busy."
There are free cards to receive TNT via satellite; how can I obtain one?
