Hello,

My "Z" key on my keyboard is lagging

When I click multiple times on the key, it types:

"zz z zzz z zz zz zz zz zzzzz zz"

It does approximately that!

I would like to know if there is a solution besides buying a new keyboard

Thank you!

Hi,

He may have received some juice?

If that's the case, maybe disassemble it and clean it?

Hello,

I have a mechanical keyboard and I don't know how to remove the switches!

Hello,
if the problem is mechanical as I think, you can try to fix it by removing and reinserting the key to see if everything is intact and there are no dirt particles stuck inside. You may also clean the keyboard with dry air or any other non-aggressive means for electronic components.
If it's broken and you can't fix it, you can use a virtual keyboard (which seems cumbersome just for one key but remains a temporary workaround).

Hi,

I've already removed the key and nothing is stuck, and I already have a replacement keyboard!

I just need to know how to remove the switches from my keyboard?

Hello.

Well, it's not exactly a key that's used for every sentence. If your computer is already a few years old, you can extend the life of your keyboard by using the Alt key (on the left) while holding it down, and typing 122 or 90 on the numeric keypad.

Alt + 122 = z . . . Alt + 90 = Z

A + . . .

No, it's a keyboard that is -1 years old and it was used for gaming, but as I already said, I have a backup one but it's not great.

Hello.

>>> No, it’s a keyboard that is -1 years old<<<

A keyboard is guaranteed for a minimum of 2 years (Law of March 2016). You can always try to contact customer service. There's a one in two chance they will cover the repair or exchange of the keyboard.

See you . . .
