    Hello.

    This phenomenon with the 2 "Enter" keys? . . . Check all the characters on the keyboard, including the numeric keypad and the 4 directional arrows.

    If it's a laptop, connect an external USB keyboard to see if this issue persists. In case you don't have one, borrow one. It only takes a few minutes for the test. Turn off your PC, plug in the keyboard, then restart. Wait a few seconds for the driver to install.

      Good evening, it is on a desktop PC and not a laptop, and it is mainly about the backslash key with the enter key.

      I have the same problem, but with my external USB keyboard. I don't know why, but when I press the Enter key, it types a " * " instead of functioning properly, while the other Enter key or the two other Enter keys on my laptop work perfectly fine without any issues. Can you please help me?

        No, it's fine, I just solved the problem. I just pressed FN and DELETE simultaneously for 10 seconds and it started working again. Thanks anyway.
