Unable to connect to FNAC account

Hello, I would like to reach out to you because I am unable to log into the FNAC account I created. I did receive confirmation of the account creation from FNAC. However, I cannot connect. When I try to open my account, I keep going in circles. The tool asks for my email address and password, and nothing happens. Could you provide an explanation as I'm starting to get annoyed?
