Hi, I installed Mozilla and I approve of this application, but for 2 months now I have a bug, Mozilla no longer transmits sound to my speakers. Here’s what I’ve already done:
-I reinstalled Mozilla 3 times and it didn’t work
-I searched through the settings and set Mozilla as the default browser
-I downloaded and activated all possible security extensions (to see if it’s a virus)
-I even checked my sounds and the other apps I had and they all worked
I hope you can help me resolve this problem that is becoming unmanageable.

Hello
if you right-click on the small speaker at the bottom right of the screen and then click on "Open Volume Mixer", what do you see for Mozilla?
A setting at the same level as the other applications? =======>
IF you play music from YouTube, in the tab, do you see a crossed-out speaker like below?

Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it isn't there...
