Hello,
I can't connect to the wifi on my Switch. I should specify that the wifi network redirects to a portal where we enter our credentials; it's a box for the building. The settings on the Switch are set to default and I've already turned the Switch off and on again.
I received it this evening.
Thank you for your help.
Best regards,
PS: The error code is 2110-3150 for those who can't see the photos.

Hello, the box is blocking the connection and preventing the Switch from connecting to the network. (Or maybe there’s a compatibility issue with the authentication portal?)
The only way to resolve this issue is to configure the box to accept the connection. Otherwise, try to find another connection.
What’s certain is that the problem comes from the box and not from the Switch.

'hi,
the support for captive portals (including your Wifi) on the Switch is quite variable; if the Switch detects it correctly, it will display the login page, but if it doesn't detect it, there is no simple and immediate solution.
Except for:
your Switch will not connect.
You may notice (upon searching) that the only way to access a web browser on the Switch is during the connection to a captive portal, as Nintendo is very reluctant to display any web content (the browser being a security weak point); this does not give much hope for a future update improving their support.

Except for:
- changing the access point and using, for example, a 4G connection
- using the hardware whitelist option (MAC address) if available in your Wifi account area (if it exists)
- asking for help from the service provider,
- waiting for a future update of the Switch that would improve support
