Could leaving the Switch on the dock damage it?

Hello,

I just got the Nintendo Switch and I don't want to damage its battery. I plan to do the first charge with "the charger" instead of using the dock. I would like to know if once it's charged to 100%, and I want to play on a TV and therefore put it on the dock (so it will charge), could that damage the battery?

    Hello, no, if the battery is full it won't charge any more, it will just switch to TV mode once inserted into the dock, but it won't damage the battery.

      Perfect, could leaving it to charge all night on the dock or with the charger damage it?
