Hello,
I recently bought a Huawei M5 Lite tablet and changed the code yesterday. In the meantime, night came. And the night made me forget the code. Unfortunately, I turned off the tablet. When I turned it back on, I had to enter my code. And there I forgot it... I can't use the fingerprint or facial recognition because it's the startup.
So I looked into it and saw that you could reset an Android tablet by holding
power and volume for 15 seconds. But it shows me "installing update 5%" with a USB charger symbol. Shortly after, the tablet turns on and asks me for the code...
Do you have a solution?
