Hello everyone,
I'm reaching out for your help with a problem with my laptop.
Indeed, upon returning from vacation, I noticed that it doesn't display anything when I turn it on.
If I connect it to my TV, there's no problem, the image is there, everything works.
I also tested illuminating my screen from the side with a lamp, and I can somewhat make out the image.
I disassembled my screen (thanks YouTube) to get its reference:
B156HTN03.6
From what I understand, I don't have an inverter with my screen since it's an LED screen, but I'm not sure.
I know that sometimes the issue can come from the inverter. My question is simple: should I buy a new screen, or could the problem come from elsewhere?
I'm attaching a photo because when I removed my screen, I noticed there was a "green thing" underneath wrapped in a "do not touch" adhesive that I had to remove to disconnect the cable. Is that the inverter or not?
Thank you in advance to anyone who can shed some light on this :)

Hello,
Several "problems" can arise, but I hope you checked before disassembling your screen that the brightness (FN + F5 /F6) on my Lenovo and (FN + F1 /F2) on my MacBook Pro was not at the minimum, because at my place, if that's the case, I can't see anything on the screen.
