    Hello,

    Every web browser offers the option to keep or delete history with varying options, like never keeping it, clearing the last hour, the last day, or everything...
    When you're logged into your user account, you can only delete your browsing history, not that of other user accounts on the Mac.
    So if your history has been cleared, it means that:
    - either you requested it intentionally through the right menu
    - or you requested it unintentionally because you checked the "Always clear" option in your browser preferences
    - or someone has access to your user account and has deleted that history

    Could you tell us more about your needs, the users of the Mac, and the browser you are using?
