Hello,
Hello,
My new wireless UHF 2.4GHz TV headset from Artiste cuts off Internet access via WiFi as soon as it is turned on. My WiFi reception is boosted by a Orange Powerline Extender (CPL) which is in the same room as my TV. So no access left for my tablet or my laptop. I didn't have this problem with my two previous infrared headsets. How to fix these interferences? Thanks in advance for any help that could solve this problem.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 79.0.3945.88

Kind regards

    Hello,
Have you tried changing the emission channel of the headset?

First of all, thank you for your response, but this headset purchased on Amazon does not allow selecting another channel. It would seem that the Wifi amplifier sold by Orange also transmits at 2.4 GHz, hence the problem. What do you think?

I think I’ll need to go back to infrared headsets like my two previous ones with which I’ve never had this kind of problem. Thanks again.
