Hello,
I have a 2-in-1 computer tablet from the brand THOMSON, model HERO 10.
I only use this little computer to take notes in class at university. I've had it for just over a year.
However, for the past 3 days, the keyboard (the physical keyboard, not the touch keyboard) has not been working: when I place the screen on the keyboard, it does not "activate". Nothing happens. I have no idea what the cause might be (I’m not knowledgeable about computers)!
Usually, when the screen is connected to the keyboard, a blue light turns on (as shown in the photo), but now no light turns on at all.
Do you have any idea what the problem could be? Is it possible that I pressed the wrong button? Should I give up hope on this keyboard?

I have had this problem since a Windows 10 update: the physical keyboard no longer works when the device is on battery.
The USB port doesn't work either! It is occupied for the power connection.
I suspect that switching to battery mode disables all USB functions, the keyboard being just another USB device. But I can't find a way to prevent USB from being disabled when switching to battery.
