    This message basically means that the used ink counter is full and needs to be reset. In principle, this can be done with software, whose link I will search for and I’ll come back a bit later here ...

      Edit ► You can try resetting the counter to zero using WIC Reset Utility available ► Here
      See the first link at the top which is a free version that doesn’t really reset the counter but it helps ... For the paid version you should count about €10 ...but before buying check if the free version works for this type of printer
