Unable to install Office 2019

Hello,
I bought an HP laptop with Windows 10 64bit. I also just purchased an Office 2019 license to download. Once downloaded, I can't install it. I click on setup and nothing happens, a black screen appears and disappears immediately.
I don't understand what is happening, have you encountered this problem?
My computer has 1 TB, I am on high-speed ADSL so I don't understand the error message attached

    Try disabling the Antivirus/firewall during the installation.
