Bonjour, On m'a donné une imprimante canon IR1022f. , qui fonctionnait. Hors lorsque on l'a branchée, un message d'erreur s'inscrit " Download stanby ".De quoi s'agit-il SVP . Si une personne peut me renseigner, merci, et bon week-end.

Bonjour.
Vous l'avez branché c'est bien mais ... vous avez installé l' application Canon ? Sans elle évidemment l'imprimante ne fonctionnera pas.
Téléchargez via le lien. Choisissez bien votre système d'exploitation et sa structure (32 ou 64 bits)

Ce pilote est un package complet d'installation.
