Hello,
Does anyone know this site: ma-sacoche.com?
I have been waiting since November 17 and there has been no news since, despite my reminders!
The delivery was supposed to be scheduled 24 to 48 hours after the order....
If someone can help me..

    The site https://www.ma-sacoche.com/ was created recently (06/14/2019) see the info about the site on this page.
    Referring to the legal notices see this page via the RCS, we find information about the company see this page, which allows us to get the name of the president of the company that owns the site.
    If we put the company's address in Google Maps we find this.
    This kind of site, likely created by an individual, is generally not very responsive. This does not mean that you will not receive your order because it has only been 10 days since you ordered, but it is better to avoid ordering from this kind of amateur site and to prioritize known websites, especially when there is no direct means to contact them (no phone number).
    You just have to wait for your order to arrive, hoping that the quality meets expectations and that they are not low-quality items made in China or elsewhere.

    In the future, be aware that certain rules must be followed before ordering from a site:
    1- Check if there are reviews available online.
    2- Verify at the bottom of the page if the MANDATORY legal notices are present, see THIS PAGE.
    Simple rule: NO LEGAL NOTICES, DO NOT ORDER.
    3- Check if a postal address is provided along with a phone number and email to contact the site in case of problems.
    4- If a postal address is indicated, check if this address exists on https://www.google.com/maps/
    5- Go to this site, enter the homepage address of the site you wish to order from to see its location and its age.
    6- When ordering from a foreign site, recourse in case of problems is most often impossible.
    7- Very low prices are a sign of counterfeit goods of very poor quality and sometimes of scams (you never receive the items).

      I confirm, this site is a scam! I have an order placed on December 12, 2020, on the website www.ma-sacoche.com that was never delivered, and I have never received any response from the so-called customer service, despite around twenty follow-ups. I am starting legal procedures today to get a refund...

      Hello, as I feared, I got scammed; my bag is a fraud. I haven't received anything, and the responses to my messages are always the same. So don't order. My advice is to block your card in case of an order not received.

      Same for me, order placed in December 2022 for €140 and still nothing to this day, no contact, no tracking number, nothing. I realize now that it's a fraudulent site and scammers. I guess I'm losing my €140.

      Hello, have you received your order? Is the site "monsacoche" or "masacoche"? Because I ordered from monsacoche but I can no longer return my order, customer service is not responding to my emails.

    Hello, the same goes for me. I ordered on April 8th, I was supposed to receive it within 48 hours, and here we are in June and I still haven't received anything. It's the same silence, we write to them and they don't respond. This is a fraudulent site and I won't stop here.
