No battery life on new Thomson Neo 17.3

Hello,

I bought a Thomson Neo notebook 17.3 at the beginning of the month (09/11/19) and this computer (new) only works when plugged in!! As soon as I disconnect it, it shuts down??? No battery life!!!! If anyone can inform me about why this is happening or if I should just take it back.?? Thanks in advance

I have owned a THOMSON NEO-NOTEBOOK 17.3 with WIN10 since August 22, 2019.

Fifteen days after purchase, the PC would no longer start on battery; however, the battery is fully charged at 100% (as shown by Windows). I could only use it with the dedicated charger.
Returned it to customer service at the beginning of October 2019. Three weeks later, I got the device back (repair completed: software update - repositioning of parts).
Returned to customer service on November 25, 2019. Same problem. Another three weeks of waiting.

Hello, as for your purchase in October 2019, it only works when plugged in 15 days after. Returned to customer service, 3 weeks of waiting and here we go again. I think I'm going to ask to replace this model that seems to be defective... slow PC even though there's nothing on it, battery that doesn't hold... disappointed with my purchase. I'm waiting for the end of the lockdown to resolve this issue definitively.
I’m not going to keep bringing it back every month and a half (including the time for customer service return). I strongly advise against this model.

Hello,
I have the same issue. Did you manage to get it refunded? Replaced? I bought it on May 5th and it already only works on mains power... not to mention the execution speed has been slow from the start, taking forever to display pages, open a document, or surf the web... pfff
I sent an email to Thomson... and well, they aren’t in a hurry to respond...
