Hello,

I can't connect to a nomade e-Card, nor can I download it on my PC because there doesn't seem to be a Linux version (I think).
I've tried a tutorial but I can't get anywhere.
In the console, it says nothing is found, yet I've installed the package and also the ++5, so there.
I can't pay with an e-Card.

Does La Banque Postale not care about its customers with e-card and fake identifiers that don't work? It's 30 attempts needed, not 3.

Yes, my username and password only worked once, then nothing went right. As a result, after three unsuccessful attempts, my e-card has been disabled.

      Good evening

The topic is a bit old, but to add to what jivef said, you absolutely must not have any ad blockers like adblock, noscript, etc., and you must accept cookies to be able to use bank websites. For example, I have a specific profile for this kind of use.

Basically, you need a clean browser :D

Hello, and even though the issue is a bit dated back to 2022, we are still at the same point. Service blocked after refusing 3 codes, okay we can understand that, but the hassle begins for the unblocking. No service from the postal bank knows how to proceed. They keep transferring you from one phone number to another. And the voicemail of the Ecard Blue company which does not offer human contact or tailored solutions: press 2 press #.

      I am canceling.

        Hello,

Try deleting all the cookies from the computer related to the e-card (service.e-cartebleue.com).
Then try creating an e-card again.
