Image Gho to Iso Conversion (Contains a version of Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC)

Hello,

A client sent me a GHO file as an image of Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC.
I would like to convert this file into an ISO file to create a USB drive to install Windows 10.
Has anyone had this issue and resolved it???
