HP Deskjet 3070A Printer Solved

Question

Hello My HP Deskjet 3070A printer displays: "jam remove carriage blockage." There's no paper jammed, the carriage moves freely by hand, and I can't clear the error Does anyone have any ideas Thank you for your help

Thank you Jmarion for the information. In fact, I had already gone through this series of actions, certainly relevant but which didn’t yield any results. So, I decided to remove the cover above the carriage to get a better view of the carriage mechanics. And there, I noticed that the carriage could not return to its initial position, that is, all the way to the right, because in that position (completely to the right), there is a kind of drawer under the printheads that is not completely fixed. I observed that it could move forward or backward without really understanding its functionality. Nevertheless, it turned out that this drawer was too far forward and was blocking the carriage from returning to its initial position. I manually pushed it back and apparently, it’s working again. For how long, I don’t know, but as things stand, I consider the problem resolved. Best regards
