Hello,
I can no longer open jpg files with Photoshop CC 2019, it shows me the message "Cannot complete this operation because the file is not found." On another forum, it was recommended to delete Photoshop preferences by restarting the software with the option + shift + command keys: this allowed me to open tiff files (which I could not open) again, but still not jpgs... Can someone help me, please?

Problem solved
As mentioned during our conversation, we invite you to install a previous version of Camera Raw.
Indeed, the issue may be related to the OS version and its incompatibility with the latest version of Camera Raw (which is automatically updated when you update your CC version of Photoshop):

Users of OS Sierra 10.12.6 should install the older version of Camera Raw 11.4.1.
