Hello,
When removing the wallpaper where the PTO was stuck, the box came off and fell to the floor. There's still some wallpaper stuck to the back of the box.
The fiber is still working, fortunately...
How can I securely attach the PTO to the wall so that such an incident doesn't happen again, once the small repairs are finished, which I think will take one or two weeks.
Should I call a Free technician, or can I do it myself?
Thank you for your answers ;-)
Best regards

Hello,
Be careful not to break the fiber strand, otherwise.....
Then, you can open the case by pressing on the tabs (do this very gently) otherwise it will break and .....
Once the case is open, you can fix it to the wall with just two plugs and screws, then close the cover. That's for a proper and durable operation.
Otherwise, if you have concerns, you need to remove the paper droppings and take off the PTO sticker, then use the miracle product 'no nails, no screws!' I guarantee it will hold, but you will also need to make an imprint in the wallpaper so that the PTO adheres directly to the support.
It's definitely less professional, but that's what our dear repairmen do while charging us a fortune for the trip and 5 minutes of work!
Best regards.

Great, thanks for your response :))
It was not me who did the work as I was absent. The PTO has been reattached with a hot glue gun, and even though the box seems to have been placed a bit too high, which may result in the elbow being at too right an angle, it works well:
