YOOSEE connection issue on 4G

Hello,

I'm looking for help to ensure the proper functioning of an application: Yoosee (for IP camera)

It is connected to Wi-Fi. When I'm at home and my phone (Huawei, P30, Android) is also on Wi-Fi, everything works.
However, the point is that I want to use it outside my home. So when I connect to this app via 4G, the app "crashes".

This same app worked with my old phone, an iPhone SE. (still the same operator Orange)
This makes me think that it might be an issue with the phone or with Android?
I contacted Huawei, and they seem to think everything is fine.
Is anyone experiencing the same issue?

I found a workaround that makes Yoosee work perfectly with mobile network now; however, I'm not a good enough technician to explain what is happening or how to solve the problem other than with my tip...

Actually, I have the free app "TouchVPN" installed on my smartphone (OnePlus 5T) and I simply used it.
First, with a German server, Yoosee worked well, then with a French server, Yoosee still works perfectly on 4G/3G.
If I disconnect TouchVPN and go directly through the 4G mobile network (Free), I revert back to my original issue... This seems to indicate an incompatibility between Yoosee and probably a protocol used by the Free mobile network, but which one, and especially how to remedy it without a VPN?

Anyway, for me it’s working again, hoping to have opened a small door towards a better and universal solution ????

I'm almost in the same situation, except that it's not a Yoosee crash, just a freeze due to a bandwidth issue, and the problem arose not because of a change in the device, but because of a change in the operator.
I was with Sosh and I've just switched to Freemobile, which actually has higher 4G speeds in the same area. (According to Nperf)
Uninstalling and reinstalling Yoosee hasn't resolved anything, I'm still looking...

Good evening, I also have this issue with Yoosee, no more bandwidth, so no access to the "Hiseeu" camera as soon as we switch to 4G Bouygues network "It freezes", I can get the camera to run but no image, connection speed 0B/s and error message, network busy (30102003) whereas the Wi-Fi network works perfectly..... I also have a Huawei P20 Pro. If you have found a solution, I am interested.
I just tried with TouchVpn but for me, it still doesn't work :( ...
Is there a way to use another app to access the camera? Thank you

I was about to throw the useless camera on 4G. Thanks for the tip for TouchVPN, it works well after installation. Oh, my phone is a HONOR 9 on the FREE network. Thanks again.

this just goes to show once again that mobile operators' networks and the internet are two different things.
It would be interesting to have details on the reasons why, but with mobile applications, it's hard to make a diagnosis.

Hello, I tested with another VPN and it finally works. To summarize, it only works with a VPN on my Huawei P20 Pro, Bouygues network. However, it works perfectly without a VPN on my wife's phone, which is also a Huawei but a P8 Lite and on the same Bouygues network. So in my case, it's a smartphone issue and not a network issue!!!

I have the same issue with my Huawei mobile and the Yoosee app camera. I receive the emails and attached photos, but I can't open them; the .jpg is not recognized by the smartphone.
I have another camera with the CamHi app, and everything is perfect.
