Hello,
My camera seems to be well connected since I see the image as long as it is connected to the Freebox with the RJ 45.
When I connected via Wi-Fi using the SSID and the WEP key, the same connection as my laptop, when I unplug the RJ 45 and restart the camera, I get a black screen, so the Wi-Fi is not working.
I have a fixed personal IP, DHCP enabled in the Freebox router.
When I receive an email from the IP camera, it indicates the camera IP as http://80.ipperso, but this link doesn't work....
Do you have any ideas? Should I intervene in the Freebox?
I have read previous posts, but nothing has moved my case forward!
Thank you
Configuration: Windows 7 / IE OR CHROME

Hello,
I am going to give you the simple and effective method to access your IP camera from anywhere you want. This method is specific to the Freebox.- Set up the IP CAMERA with a local IP address like: 192.168.0.90 and configure a port number greater than 8080.
- This way you can access it locally by typing in Firefox or Internet Explorer: 192.168.0.90:8080 for example.
- Once this is done, go to the site free.fr and log into your account by providing your phone number and password.
- Then go to the tab "my Freebox"
- and click on "configure my Freebox router".
- You will see a long page displayed, at the very bottom click on: "Port Redirections / DHCP Leases"
- there you have PORT REDIRECTION
- fill out the form with the port numbers and the IP, that is to say 192.168.0.90 and 8080, knowing that the "192.168" is already provided.
- You will notice that there is an option for TCP that hides an option for UDP. In fact, you will create a TCP redirection and then a second redirection with the same information but for the UDP option.
- IN CONCLUSION YOU ENTER:
external port: 8080
protocol: TCP
DESTINATION PORT: 192.168.0.90
internal port: 8080- YOU CLICK ON THE "+" ICON and you do it again:
external port: 8080
protocol: UDP
DESTINATION PORT: 192.168.0.90
internal port: 8080- click on "SAVE SETTINGS"
- turn off the Freebox
- turn the Freebox back on.
YOU HAVE ACCESS TO THE IP CAMERA BY TYPINGhttp://aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd:8080
where "aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd" is your IP address which you can find by typinghttp://myip.com

Hello Nécir,
I'm not sure if you can reply, but I'm going for it. I configured the Free router in the UDP and TCP port forwarding as indicated, my camera sees the router but nothing happens. I even put a shorter password in the router, still nothing. Do I need to modify the port range forwarding as well?
Thanks
