        Maybe connected to the wrong Wi-Fi, are you sure the robot has internet access?

        Hmm, I don’t know this kind of device at all, but there must be a problem somewhere. I’d be surprised if it’s on the box side. I know it sounds silly, but have you tried deleting the robot’s Wi-Fi profile and starting the procedure again? Otherwise, it might be a technical issue on their end with their servers being unavailable.
