Indeed, BVCAM has disappeared from the French Apple Store. FRCAM is still available and should work. It worked the other way around (BVCAM instead of FRCAM) for my camera.
However, remote access via P2P seems disabled and the app (BV or FR) only works locally, meaning either direct Wi-Fi on the phone or Wi-Fi on the same network as the phone.
For me, on my camera (FREDI HD 1080p), it is possible to connect remotely using an IP camera app like "Eye See U" with port routing on port 80 and type HEDEN camera.
The problem seems to come from the P2P connection that transits through a Chinese server, which is either down or blocked for obscure security reasons...
