Hello,
after an update, the computer went to sleep. The next day, I turned it back on but the screen stayed black and remains black after several attempts like F8 or Ctrl Alt Delete or even F9 at startup, it doesn't want to respond.

Thank you for your answers

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 77.0.3865.90

Hello, the BIOS is not displaying?

Maybe it's the screen brightness, an issue with the power supply or battery, also check for static electricity or a faulty RAM stick.

Press F2 at startup to enter the BIOS.

Go to the Microsoft website, then download the Media Creation Tool, then the Windows ISO, put it on a USB key, then boot from it: press F2 at startup, set the USB as the primary boot device, and finally install Windows without data loss!

    Hello,
Thank you for the responses you sent me regarding the black screen issue when starting up my Windows 10 computer. I haven't used it until today. I just turned it on and behind the black screen, I see a blinking. Thank you in advance for your reply.
