My PCS account has been blocked. I would like to know if there is a procedure to transfer the money available on my PCS MasterCard to another bank account. Personally, I no longer want to deal with this bank.

The resolution of your problem involves unblocking your account, so you need to resolve this issue with them; otherwise, it's over....
Furthermore, I don't think there will be any help to bypass this blocking decision here on CCM.
The enemy is foolish: they believe we are the enemy when it is actually them!
