IPTV connection error

Hello,

We have an Android IPTV box A 95X since February 2019, with a one-year subscription until February 2020. We moved two months ago to Belgium, and suddenly after two months of connection with our new provider, no more channels! We have internet connection, we can access YouTube from the Android box, but when we enter the username and password, we get the following message: "connection error please check your internet connection". But the connection is good and it works perfectly at home on the computer or mobile! We don’t know what to do anymore and are looking for help as we haven’t received any response from customer service yet (isn't that surprising?).

Hello,
I am currently experiencing the same problem and have been for two weeks. I have been a user for 3 years and have never had this issue until now. Can you tell me how you resolved your issue? Moreover, for me, when I connect the IPTV with my 4G, the application works just fine.
