Good evening,
This printer, purchased on 10/30/2015, has always satisfied me. However, yesterday, in the middle of a print job, a message appeared: "The print head appears to be missing, is not detected, or is not properly installed. error code 0xc19a0040." Just moments before, it had printed the pages perfectly. Since then, it hasn't wanted to unlock. Is this planned obsolescence? What should I do?
Thank you for your help.

Hello ..
Thank you for the feedback..
It is true that buying a print head is risky in case the problem does not come from it, as its value is around €90 ► Here for example

It's really a shame that a printer less than 5 years old falls apart like that, isn't it?
Personally, I had Epson - Canon ► which broke down after 4 years, and then I bought a Brother, and it has never disappointed me yet, and it's now entering its 8th year (but still using Brother cartridges)
Looking forward to your upcoming comments.... But if none >> Resolved
