How to retrieve photos taken on Openrunner

Hello,

I followed a cycling route on the Openrunner app and took photos from that app. I want to retrieve these photos in the gallery of my smartphone. How can I do this?

    Thank you very much for the information and the quick response!
    Since I retrieved the route from my tablet, I will do this operation when I return home on my PC.
