Hello

I'm posting on this forum because I've had a problem for a few days: my directional arrows (up, down, left, right) move the mouse cursor (up when I press up). It's quite annoying.

I want to emphasize that it's specifically the arrow keys that are affected and not the numeric keypad, and that the "mouse keys" are disabled.

I tried reinstalling the keyboard driver but it didn't help.

The problem is also observable with the Windows on-screen keyboard.

Thanks in advance for your responses.

Okay, I found it... closing a paint program stopped it....
Thanks anyway for your time, Jean :) !

Ok. You can also check by downloading "autoruns" and go to "Shell Context Menu Handlers" by unchecking certain software that causes disturbances, without uninstalling them.
