Constant noise with my headset

Hello,

with my headset-microphone on my new computer, I have a CONSTANT background noise: "huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu" that I can hear quite well and it's SUPER ANNOYING because if I increase the volume of my videos, it also increases SO I can always hear it...

Note that on my old pc it worked perfectly and my new one is more powerful..
How can I fix this?

Well, the mic is close to my mouth! And the music is coming from the headphones, there's nothing unusual about that!

Note: when unplugging the mic (the pink one), the noise persists, so it doesn't come from it. And my headphones don't do that on another PC...

Help, I don't know what to do u_u
