Hello,
I'm reaching out because I'm experiencing an issue with pairing my AirPods 2 with my Windows 10 PC. Although the connection establishes correctly with the PC, the sound quality is very poor: it comes out through the "Hands-free" audio output.
No issues with my iPhone, however.
I've tried forgetting the device, reconnecting, etc., without success.
Is there a driver that needs to be installed?

Known issue with the cumulative update for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64 systems from July 2019 (KB4505903).

Command prompt in administrator mode: sfc /scannow
