The Realtek manager does not detect my headset.

Question

Hello, since I built my PC, I'm facing a sound problem: NO jack devices are detected either in the sound manager or in the device manager. I installed the Realtek audio manager provided by my motherboard's website but still nothing. In the sound manager, the software is recognized and captures the sound from the desktop, but it doesn't detect any jacks. On the other hand, my microphone, which is USB, works perfectly. Can anyone help me? Thanks.  My setup: -AMD Ryzen 7 1700 -GTX 1050 -ASROCK A320M-HDV R3.0 -And the rest doesn't matter

hi  do you have a CD with the drivers for your motherboard?  have you installed the drivers?  see you  -- the radiation level is higher at the unemployment office than at Chernobyl

hello  since I built my PC, I'm facing the sound issue: NO jack devices are detected either in the sound manager or in the device manager  since you don't have any alerts in the device manager, I think your problem is hardware-related  still, check what you have in "Audio Input and Output" in the device manager    also check what version of Windows 10 you have  press the Windows+R keys  in the window that opens, type WINVER and click OK  @+  -- the radiation level is higher at the unemployment office than at Chernobyl

Hi, When you did the assembly, did you properly connect the Front Audio connector (or HD_AUDIO or something like that) that corresponds to the audio jacks at the front of the case?  Do all the jack ports not work (those on the motherboard + those on the case), or is it just some of them?
