Hello,
I just bought a new PC, and my microphone isn't working. When I go to the control panel, I can see the "microphone network" is enabled (green icon), but the green gauge never rises, even when I speak. All my drivers are supposedly up to date, so I don’t understand what the problem is. Does anyone have a solution?

I would like to clarify that I am trying to get the built-in microphone "microphone array" to work.
So as far as the settings, device manager, and control panel are concerned, everything matches the tutorial.
One last thing: I tried to get the microphone from a headset to work on my PC, and the situation is the same as for the built-in device (everything seems in order but no sound is detected). However, when I tried plugging in another microphone, my PC did not detect it (no "driver installation"). Furthermore, when I plug in my headset, there is no Realtek icon appearing in the taskbar, as was the case on my last PC.
Use this tip for the "Speaker/Headphones".
