Hello everyone
how can I completely reset my Maginon IPC-100AC
because apparently I have two accounts and nothing works correctly anymore
I can see it well when I log in to my old account
http://192.168.****/desktop/index_framed.htm
if I enter my new credentials
the connection is not successful
however, if I enter my new credentials at this address
http://supra-space.com/ipc
I can access my account but no camera
even though I have this

and when I click on the camera

even if I click on the camera, nothing happens

Then I reconnected it to my VOO router and it was recognized
