Unable to reset Smart Tab B 1006 tablet

I just gave my 8-year-old daughter a tablet from Boulanger, the Tab 1006. On the first use, we were prompted to create either a normal account or a child account... I obviously chose the child account! Once finished, I realized that my daughter couldn't even have YouTube to listen to her songs, etc... so I want to cancel this account and create another one, but it's impossible! I can't add a user or change my Google account... I tried resetting in the settings, but it's impossible; there's no factory reset option! I also turned off the tablet to try to reset it by pressing Power and Volume - at the same time! I got a blue screen with Chinese writing!!!! If you can help me, thank you.

Start your tablet normally and connect it to WiFi, then access the Google site to geolocate your phone https://accounts.google.com/signin/oauth?access_type=online&client_id=289722593072-1tp4g48pf1nr2er5njssr3bdu24v0mi0.apps.googleusercontent.com&redirect_uri=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com%2Fandroid%2Ffind%2Flimited_oauthcallback&response_type=code&scope=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.googleapis.com%2Fauth%2Fandroid_device_manager_limited+https%3A%2F%2Fwww.googleapis.com%2Fauth%2Fclient_channel+https%3A%2F%2Fwww.googleapis.com%2Fauth%2Fuserinfo.email&as=Y0ehyGYc47y2S9oeN4WjOQ and press the little button "Erase all device data" and the magic will happen!
