Reinstallation of Avidsen plug and play camera impossible after changing box

Hello,

I have an Avidsen 123980 camera that I bought last year, installed with a relatively simple QR code, and no ethernet cable. It's connected via Wi-Fi on my Android phone.
It worked perfectly well .... until my provider (Bouygues) forced me to replace my box (they didn't mind giving me an old second-hand model three years ago when I signed up for the offer ???? ... but no comment!) with a newer model.
Since then .... it’s impossible to reinstall the camera!
I even went into the administration interface of my box to try to see where the problem lies, but I can't find anything. This camera can only work with a 2.4 GHz network; I can choose between 2.4 or 5 in the interface, so I don't think that's where the issue is.
I have an urgent need to have this type of equipment at home, and I must admit that I am very upset and angry that it no longer works with this new box that I didn't want to get.

Thank you for your feedback

Configuration: Android / Chrome 75.0.3770.143

    Hello Canette,

There are multiple checks to make before we can assist you further:
    1) The SSID (wifi network name) must be STRICTLY identical on your new box as on the old one.
    2) The same goes for the password.
    3) Although it's not mandatory, it would also be preferable to keep the same encryption system (WPA Psk, aes, etc.)
    4) Turn off the box and the camera.
    5) Turn on the box and wait for the initialization to complete.
    6) Turn on the camera and also wait for the initialization to finish.

Of course, the same wifi parameters must be entered on your smartphone; otherwise, nothing will work.

    And test.

Thank you for your response, and if all of this has already been done, we will go further.

    Best regards.

    Thank you for your response
So of course the WiFi settings of the new box are saved on my phone.
I haven't changed either my email address or my password, so I assume nothing has changed compared to the previous box.
    Still on WPA as well.
I forgot to mention that the installation of the camera also requires going through a small app (protect home) that I uninstalled and then reinstalled.
Of course the camera had been unplugged and then plugged back in (an infinite number of times ????).
Apparently the step that's failing is the sound configuration which indicates that the camera has successfully connected to the specified network (with the key entered)
I'm not sure if I was clear in my explanations; I admit that technical terms and I don't get along well.
As for restarting my box, given the countless times it has crashed since they changed it for me... ????

      Hello Canette,
It's not the email address that's the issue, but the Wi-Fi configuration on both your new box and your smartphone. You need to remember what the Wi-Fi name, the password, and the encryption method were configured on your old box so you can input them exactly into the new box and your smartphone. If you don't do this, nothing will work. Try to get help from someone more experienced and everything should go back to normal.
      Best regards.

Oh this is all Chinese to me!
But solution found, I just reinstalled an old camera that I had never managed to set up on my phone... but now, miracle, I did it! I installed an app that detected the camera installed via WiFi and I just had to follow the instructions ????
I had repurchased this Advisen camera precisely because of this since it only worked on a phone, no need for prior installation on a PC or cables.
Anyway, I should be able to use the old one even if I don't have sound in the free version (Tiny cam free). By the way, if you have a better free app to recommend that doesn't have ads, lol.
Thank you again for taking the time to respond and try to help me.
