Hello, I bought a Logitech Alert 750e I connected everything as instructed, but when the software searches for the camera, it can't find it I'm using a Livebox Pro Can someone help me Thank you

Is your RJ45 cable properly connected?
By the way, does your cable run straight from your camera to the router without interruption? Do you have just one length of cable, or are you using powerline adapters?

The cable goes from the camera to a box that is plugged into a socket
And another box is plugged into a socket and the wire goes to the box
There are indicators, they are all lit on the box and the camera as if everything is working well, but I can't detect the camera when the program searches for it.
