        I often order from Foot Dealer and I have never had any problems with them!

    Honestly, I don't think this site exists until I receive my order here now it's been a month and a few days that I've been waiting to be delivered, nothing and no communication. We can't call them, in my opinion, I think it's a scam. I have 120 euros of order with them and it's really a shame because every day I will denounce this site at every wakeup so that they can trust me, it's a pity.

      Hello, I ordered 2 masks (rugby)
      It took me a while to receive them, but I did receive them, individually wrapped; they are soft, we'll see over time!!! I don't know if I'll go back, but I didn't have any problems. Besides the delivery times, it took over a month to receive them. I hope and I think you'll receive your order soon!!! I hope this helps you!

    Hello,
    I placed an order on November 26th and still haven't received anything. Christmas gifts for my son, and it's starting to worry me. I've sent them 3 emails. They mention a delay of 15 days and a longer one because of COVID (which is a convenient excuse, by the way). They gave me a tracking number on the Chinese site that doesn’t work. So I have no idea where my order stands. Great????

        To begin with, you need to find the address of the Head Office (hoping it's a site governed by French law...). Check the Legal Notices (if they exist at all..).

        As for me, the site is inaccessible, which is a bad sign..

    I think this site is a huge scam
    I downloaded the tracking app 17 track to find out where my package is, and of course, it left China, but it's impossible to know where it is in France. Anyway, probably a nice scam that we won't get refunded for...

    Hello,

    This site is a counterfeit but cheap and very good quality. Customer service is useless, so there's no point in bothering them. I ordered 2 Airforces and they arrived 1 month later. So it's random depending on the product. It's hit or miss if you receive it, lol.
