Hello,
Following a complicated separation in 2010, my ex-partner got me into trouble: an overdraft which led to my account being closed and a banking ban that has since been lifted.
I have never heard from him, and now for the past month, I have been receiving calls and threats of seizure at my home from this firm, Master Vennin in the 37, while I am in the 34. Given the time that has passed, is my debt erased or not? It will soon be 10 years that I have never received a letter or a court notice for payment, knowing that my banking ban was related to unpaid checks and not to the overdraft.
I live alone with my daughter on a small income, and I am starting to stress. If anyone has any answers for me, thank you very much.

Check the address of this so-called bailiff, but this is a scam!!
