Battery indicator blinking (ASUS C750JX)

Hello,
The battery indicator blinks orange when it's no longer charging, or the light is solid (orange) when charging is in progress.
I removed the battery and then put it back, the indicator turned green again, but on the next startup, it turned blinking orange.
It discharges and charges normally. Right now it's at 90.2%.
I installed BatteryBar which indicates that the battery is worn out by 11.5% (Battery Wear) on 89.208mWH and that its capacity is 71.215/78.911 mWH.
My question: Is signal management done by Windows 8.1, and what threshold indicates battery weakness and is it modifiable?

I think I have found the answer to my question:
The charge of my battery is below 95%.
Plan a budget for future replacement... :)

Battery charge indicator (bi-color)
This bi-color indicator provides a visual indication of the battery status:
Color Status
GREEN
The laptop is connected to a power source, charging its battery, and the battery
charge level is between 95% and 100%.
ORANGE
The laptop is connected to a power source, charging its battery, and the battery
charge level is below 95%.
FLASHING ORANGE
The laptop is running on battery and the battery charge level is below 10%.
OFF
The laptop is running on battery and the battery charge level is between 10% and 100%
