Wifi working but no internet access via ethernet cable

Hello.
I am looking to connect a device that allows access to IPTV. It has worked before on the same network. Today, the ethernet connection is active but the internet is not available... I tried restarting the router and the mag but nothing changes...
Furthermore, we have internet access via wifi...
Is there something (simple ????) that can be done?

    Hi,
    does this device have an interface where you can see its settings and run tests like ping at least?
    You don't have to mention the name of the device, but it would help a lot to know what's inside or not.

    It's a mag322. We can access its settings...
    But I believe it's not this device that's the issue because if I connect a laptop to the Ethernet cable, it doesn't have internet access either... ????

      That's interesting.
      You'll be able to test it with the PC.
      Is it a direct cable to the box or through powerline adapters?

    Direct cable... (Phew... I don't know what a powerline adapter is... ????)

      A powerline adapter is what others call a powerline socket.
      So,
      start by trying another cable.
